Printing Info:
- All designs are original and made by myself and then printed via the fulfillment company, Printful.
- For full transparancy, I use the company Printful for the printing and fulfillment on most of the orders. This allows the designs to be printed on demand and quality assured by myself and the printful team before they are shipped.
- Each product listed on this site has been sampled, proofed, and tested by myself before being put on the website.
- I prefer to use on-demand printing for the majority of the pieces featured on my website. Each order is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
- Many of the product images featured on this site are mock-ups I've made for continuity and lighting purposes, but actual products are sampled and quality assured by myself before they are listed for sale, so they should look very similar if not indenitical in person. Shipping Policy:
- All orders are usually shipped within 10 business days of date of purchase and regular shipping is free
- You will be provided a shipping number via email once the order is shipped
- If you would prefer expedited shipping, please contact me prior to your purchase directly and I will be happy to work something out
- At the time, I am only able to ship orders within the United States. Hopefully one day I can add international shipping as an option. Apologies for any inconviences.
Return Policy:
- 15 day return policy for items that are undamaged and unworn
- The store must be contacted regarding the issue and the product(s) must be mailed back within 15 days to get full refund
- Please provide pictures of the errors with the refund request
